HOW TO USE
Just put a few drops of your favourite  essential oil on the lava stone. The lava stone absorbs the scent and will release it for a few days.

ABOUT THE LAVA STONE
Lava beads are perfect for aromatherapy. You can use lava rock beads with various essential oils for energizing or relaxing.
Once you choose your therapeutic grade essential oil that you want to use, you place some oil on your finger and rub it on some of the lava stone beads. 
 
Lava Stone is a grounding stone that strengthens one's connection to Mother Earth. It gives us strength and courage, allowing us stability through times of change. It provides guidance and understanding in situations where we may need to "bounce back". A calming Stone, it is very useful in dissipating anger.
